During his 17 years in the insurance industry, Gordon has enjoyed concentrating on fire districts, water & sewer districts and ambulance associations. Darlene MacIlvennie is a Licensed property/casualty & life/health agent, she is also a accredited Customer Service Representative. Darlene’s focus is working with Gordon for the Special Districts’ Division to include fire protection districts, ambulance associations, and water districts. She has over 12 years experience in customer service, Underwriting and sales. Darlene’s main goal is to provide outstanding customer service to our clients and to assist the sales force in securing competitive products and services for our clients.
